This may be the permanent arrangement going forward on Mondays since Angela Cox’s work week is now Tuesday to Saturday.
Angela does the news updates on The Morning Show from Tuesday to Thursday, and Sally Bowrey does them on a Friday.

The Morning Show are starting a podcast, with the first episode coming this weekend.
The first unofficial podcast where Larry and Kylie talk about what will feature in future episodes.
Episode is up. Content seems to mostly work as audio only.

Samantha Brett is presenting news updates this morning.
I thought it was worthy to show these lines taken from a recent Instagram post about his new role on The Chase Australia, Larry loves his job and it shows on air to viewers in whatever role he does.
I think Larry and Kylie have many years ahead of them hosting the TMS.

Is Larry filming his first episodes of The Chase this week?

Possibly.
Days away from TMS could indicate when The Chase is in filming.
My understanding is that Larry isn’t filming until after Easter. Of course timelines can change but that’s what he told the TV Blackbox podcast if I recall correctly.
Maybe he’s taking some time off before the increase in workload.
Could also be rehearsals, promo photos, idents…all that fun stuff.
I think Seven will want to go into reboot mode after Easter, forget about the disasters of the first three months of 2021 and start running Larry Emdur The Chase episodes at least a few times a week.

I don’t know how far in advance episodes of The Chase Australia are filmed, but you’d imagine that Seven will want Larry Emdur episodes on-screen right after Easter non-ratings…certainly before Nine’s reboot of The Weakest Link (likely to be shown in primetime I know, but still) begins at the very least.
Why would that be a thought though?
I doubt seven would care about a program that is running in a different time slot on another network?
I don’t get the correlation ?
I don’t think they’re going to rush out episodes to beat the weakest link.
