Or they could be going for 3 episodes a week x 3 taking it to 9 episodes. We might see Masked Singer on Sunday-Tuesday and Making It on Wednesday and Thursday.

If there are 12 masks and nine episodes, there will have to be at least one double elimination.
It’ll probably be “3 big weeks,” with the finale the following Sunday. So still 10 episodes. 10 do this type of thing quiet often. MC always has “finals week,” followed by one or two episodes the following week.

Why do they endlessly run the one promo with the six masked singers and not the other six? Didn’t they make another promo with the other six? Or are they saving it for closer to launch?

This is exactly what it will be. Like every other season.
I’m assuming it was intended to be an early promo where they didn’t want to reveal all of the masks too far out. Although it’s a really good promo and would rather another one come now with the other masks instead of the new in studio promo.
You need to get out more… oh wait.

I can’t even speculate yet cause I’m not even sure if the singing on the ads is by the people in the actual costumes.
I’m sorry if this has been covered earlier - does anyone know why this has become a 3-week season? I committed to a 6 week advertising programme with our local rep and was just informed a few days ago that it’s been cut down at the last minute, so the short season may not always have been the plan?
Probably cause of Covid. I kinda like it cause it can get dragged out and you get over it by the 3rd week waiting to see whose under the masks
I’m guessing it’s still the same amount of episodes, just 3/week instead of 2/week.
Making way for Celebrity MC and The Bachelorette, so they can both finish in ratings period.
