Has anyone else started to cut their streaming services? This last month I have cancelled my Apple, Stan and Netflix. I am left with Kayo and Prime. I feel they keep sneaking the prices up and I have got to the point where I need to start cutting down. I had a similar thing with Vodafone putting my plan up by $5. I complained and they put it back down. These companies are putting things up by more than your wages are going up and it makes you need to question whether you need their services anymore.

I got rid of Spotify a few months ago and got YT premium for the first time. I wasn’t really a big YT user before I got it but I use it a lot now.

What parts of it do you use?

I use both. I use YT music just the same as if I was using Spotify. With YT itself I really had to get creative. I had been built up a lot subscribed channels over the last 12 months. Most are podcasts but the rest are a mix of random content plus there’s a few that do live sports streaming.

Crunchyroll is extending its anime streaming service to connected vehicles through a distribution agreement with Appning by Forvia.

The service will initially become available in selected BMW and Mini vehicles before expanding across the BMW Group and potentially to more than 40 automotive brands using Appning’s application platform.

Markets covered by the agreement include Europe, Asia, Australia, India, Latin America and North America. Availability and functionality will depend on the vehicle, territory and local safety restrictions.
