I find it very interesting that 9 is hosting from the studio. I wonder if this will affect viewership.
As a viewer, I much rather watch coverage where the hosts are apart of the atmosphere.

BBC also streaming the coverage on YouTube. Watching that instead of our networks sticking their noses in where it’s not wanted nor needed.

people in regional areas if they chose to watch 9’s coverage, they will be watching it in stunning SD quality… well done WIN, well done. (on GEM which in regional areas is SD)

Absoutely. I turned off ABC’s coverage when they discussed what it means to various sections of Australian society. Now isn’t the time to discuss that. If you wanna have a whinge, do it on social media.

In regards to FTA Nine, Seven and the ABC are woeful with the ridiculous commentary and they offer nothing. Seems like 10 is a clean BBC feed albeit with weirdly timed ads.
Looks like UKTV or Sky UK are the best for this type of stuff.
