That’s really pathetic of the producers. I think it’s foxtel that’s driving this. This works well for ten but foxtel get nothing from it.
Ten should try and get Gogglebox exclusively.

Probably. If anything, I could imagine Ten wanting to have Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette reviewed on Gogglebox every week. Ditto, when both Kent & Jones were on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.
But since Foxtel seems to have a significant amount of influence in the program’s production (although surely the final say should go to EndemolShine Australia who theoretically at least, could even ship around the broadcast rights to Seven or Nine if they wanted to?), I wouldn’t be overly surprised if they’re the ones pushing for such strict restrictions about Goggleboxers appearing on other programs or at the Logies, etc.
I agree but at last check, Gogglebox Australia is usually Pay TV’s #1 program on the Wednesday nights it’s on-air. Foxtel won’t be willing to give up one of their biggest hits (aside from sports coverage) without a fight!

Surely by the second half of this year it won’t be a big deal - it would have been almost a year since Angie last appeared on Gogglebox. They need to get over it and move on.
If the guys provide good content then they may not even have to feature Angie as the Bachelorette on Gogglebox anyway.
I thought they did end up showing the celebrity finale.

lol I was thinking to apply a few weeks back but then I found out it was her, I have withdrawn my interest to apply.
I shall wait for next year now haha.
I would have much preferred someone from this years Bachelor in Paradise on it like Alisha who has been a surprise standout on the show. She’s hilarious and does really good commentary, plus I’m assuming her and Jules are no longer together.
