Someone can probably clarify how long this package (or at least this variation) was used.
My contributions taken from the “new in 06” DVD from The Sunday Telegraph that features a full episode from House, Supernatural and Everybody Hates Chris.
Interestingly House is the only one in widescreen.

If I’m not mistaken, most elements only lasted a year or so but of course the Classification Warning look from this package remained in use until Ten ceased using them at the start of programs in 2016.
Nice find! Good luck on finding the 2008 disc, as that one has more promos of interest.
