In Sydney for the interview. She is based in Hong Kong. (Maybe a family catch up as well.)
A week old by that point.
Fish and chip paper.
She might have been on annual leave back home in Sydney. CBS had an opportunity and they took it.
*Had the money, and the guy (rightfully) took it.
Other than the reduced running time, are we expecting changes to this programme tonight?
I’d rather see that stuff to be pushed down to late night slot, following the Late News. Or just integrate some News+ elements into Late News and turn that into “review-of-the-day” under a longform and segment-lead format
I see that 10 has been overly exhausting while trying to follow the truces of ABC & 9 in primetime. News+ could be worth watching, but not the current format, nor their current timeslot. Time reducing but no change at all = worthless
With the shortened version starting soon, who is excited in it’s return? Because no-one outside these forums realise that it is returning.
Hopefully no more fluff stories or extended awkward pauses from now on - to pad it out.
I exited a long time ago. ![]()
Georgie Tunny with Denham Hitchcock hosting.
New transition between headlines tonight with the headline text appearing as a fullscreen graphic briefly.
Most people thought it wound up after the first month
You would hate tonight’s closer…
So very little change?
They failed you on that one. ![]()
And they don’t even promote it. All we get is I’m a celebrity. There’s no promotion of anything else on 10. There should be news promos on high rotation.
Better still, why not promote 10 News+ in the style, frequency and cringiness of I’m a Celeb?
We love the news life
The awkward pauses
While ratings tumble
Ah-aaaah, yeah…
Especially since Nine are already promoting Ally’s return to A Current Affair, which is four weeks away and arguably doesn’t need the promotion.
Because she’s not back till end of Jan. don’t know why they need to promote her. Although it was their “2026” promo
