I wouldnāt watch local news at 9.30pm so I donāt really care. 
At that time of night Iām watching a movie or TV series.

I wonder how a mid evening bulletin would go on a multo channel, especially since for years on 10 News has symbolised a station closedown/bedtime for viewers. Its been a long time since 10 has had a US procedural drama after the news, so a mid evening local news on the main channel might not be feasible
10 News+ to 30 minutes? Still ratings could dropā¦
This isnāt a 10N+ exclusive problem, but I really dislike interviews with messy offices in the background.

I can see he didnāt have time to iron that white shirt so wore his rugby top. Just back from Chemist Warehouse but doesnāt have anywhere to put his medication because his pill box is full. And he canāt decide where to put that hideous stuffed animal so is using it as a paper weight. He has run out of space in the bookcase so he is just piling up his receipts and documents in folders for tax time.

In an exclusive interview with The Australian ahead of 10ās upfronts this Wednesday, Beverley McGarvey has defended the ratings performance of 10 News+.
āOf course we would like more viewers but we are not unrealistic,ā Ms McGarvey said.
āWe did not think it was going to come in and do 500,000 Ā(viewers per night). We thought it would do a little bit better than itās doing but we also we made it knowing that it would work āoff platformā.
āOur YouTube audiences are up 135 per cent year-on-year and that is largely driven by 10 News+ and getting our news brand in places where people are consuming their content.ā

Given the on air numbers, how can she even call this? Clicks on it doesnt mean an even bigger turn off rate - as an example how many watch the entire broadcast?
