Has Chris Bath finished already? Or using up her sick leave ![]()

She’s a freelancer. Doesn’t have any.

That’s never been confirmed. That was only speculated here. Given she’s leaving she may have been contracted.

It seems like it was a contract. Wouldn’t be as large of an expense if she was just a casual/freelancer etc I guess?
I’d suggest that is the original logic of having Chris on weekends. No employee entitlements. But when you have staff on contract with nothing to do (ie. Georgie Tunny), freelancing costs are an extra small expense that you could do without.

Is there a reason outside Fina that 10 have got Josh & Liz both in for weekend duties instead of the usual reporter doing the weather

Liz will be booked for BB cross-promotion, but then they need Josh doing actual meteorology.

Does Sully actually realise some of the things she’s posting? She’s had her account for a long time, some 16 years AFAIK and was one of the first prominent Australian personalities with one (remember her Ten News supers in 2010 would specifically promote it and Angela Bishop’s and animate the little blue bird), but a lot of the content does seem like it’s auto generated or from some other software.
I’m sure she didn’t actually mean to post this, both as a close friend and ex-colleague of Bath’s and the optics given Bath’s departure and being her ex-employer, who is also Sandra’s current and long-time employer.

I think this is her last bulletin.
