According to today’s Sunday Herald Sun, a man who spat on Candice Wyatt and verbally harassed and abused her and a camera crew for 45 minutes, faced court in late April and was jailed for 53 days. The incident, which happened in August last year when Wyatt and her camera crew were between live crosses near the Yarra River, was described by her as unacceptable. She said that since that incident, they had to do a risk assessment every time they wanted to do a live cross, and hired security for the live cross.
