Shame about 3.30 but it did feel like it was slapped in the middle of the schedule.

Will 10 have news updates at 3/4pm now that the 3.30pm update is out instead of the mediocre 10News+ promos
I might be in the minority but i donât think they should make the Late News, an hour long program, particularly if itâs going to be pre-recorded. The current format is perfect the way it is (besides the recording and studio).

Would we see 100% those resources solely folded into the Late News, or would they also try yet another bulletin during the day? Though I think theyâve exhausted all time slots to try out.
Weâve seen Breakfast News transitioned into Midday News after Studio 10âs axing, which transitioned into Lunchtime News, plus the launch of Afternoon News, Late News and 10 News+.

Agreed. And it was competitive with 9s Late News at times. I doubt an hour will fix that.
No viewer will sit through 90 minutes of news that late

Maybe one hour at 1pm would have been better. It would allow them to include interviews like Seven do at midday.

That would be awesome, almost nostalgic. I know ST didnât do so well in its last rendition with Matt White IIRC

they could do a 40 minute bulletin with a 15-20 minute of sport news.
Exactly what I was thinking but it would never be the same without Sandra and Brad at the helm. They were classic late-night viewing!
The 2018-19 iteration was more of a panel show rather than a straight bulletin, if that makes sense. It also only aired once weekly as well.
