Does the Adelaide news get filmed from a green screen when presented from Sydney, or only when presented in Adelaide?
It’s taken three iterations of refreshes, but that blue set wall finally looks acceptable with the graphics package!

I just watched last nights Adelaide bulletin. The new graphics package is huge improvement compared to what they had and actually looks good with the green screen, if they must use it. They rotate through three versions of the background (Adelaide with logo, cityscape with globe and story specific) which adds much needed variety. The newsroom refresh also really helps.

Yep - actually watched it for the first time in a while with all the relaunch. Was a very good bulletin, even had a few local newsworthy stories that I don’t think Nine and Seven covered. Tiff is an excellent presenter, probably one of the best in Adelaide tbh, and the weather cross was more lively (i.e. interview with Libary staff, etc) than Seven or Nine usually do when they are on location.
Will actually be tuning in more often now that it’s back to being fully locally presented.

Would struggle to agree with that, she’s a good weather presenter, but I find reading the news is not her strength.
Absolutely, they do it much better than 7 especially, who just seem to use locations to show off events the presenter wants to be at. Ten makes a story of it. In Adelaide, Ten really lead the way with location weather, back when Jane was doing it most nights of the week.

Yep - plus on weekends, it feels like Seven is restricted to what locations they can do if Gertie is doing the 5pm news.
10 have slowly been getting their act back together - now it feels like the good old pre 2020 days. Just need an actual set now, and they should be all good 
I agree she was a little green when she started to fill in for Kate, however, she’s really improved IMO. And regardless, she is still better than a few of the other presenters on Nine and Seven.

Is it just me, or have they dropped the chimes from the music in this edition?
I still feel the daytime bulletin set graphics are way too dark.
Swap some of the light bars or even the long top scroller to white and incorporate the headline transition colouring to the globe backdrop.

Agree. Way too dark. It should be at least as light and bright as the evening bulletins.

Actually you are so right, all of the 5pm bulletins on set graphics are actually lighter than the titlecards…
