I was just watching Survivor on 10 play and a full ad just aired for CBSN. Very strange

I thought it was just me watching the Bold Fast Tracked and getting a CBSN ad

As coincidence would have it, I am also watching (catching-up) on Survivor on 10 Play as I type, but haven’t come across it yet, will shout out if I do.

Update

Gosh what timing! Just popped up (break before Tribal Council)

You’d think Ten could come up with something better. The rugby rated pretty strongly the other night (at least comparatively), where’s the quick-thinking to showcase something out of it, with another close match tipped this week. Hell, I know it’s unlikely but I would have tried to rush Rove to air this week.

What happened to the last two episodes of Bull? Repeat of Instinct on Wednesday?

Ten’s competitive programming started on 13 January this year, so if the 50 weeks promise is adhered to Ten will have top-notch programs until 31 December, and The Project will not go into recess. That TV Blackbox article claims that we the viewers will get the 50 weeks.

No it doesn’t.

Last year after rugby telecasts concluded 10 just aired Con Air, Flightplan, etc

It’s lazy programming. Rugby Union tends to fluctuate pretty wildly in Australia depending on whether the Wallabies are playing well at at that time. They won last week, ratings were good - should have been a bit more imaginative.

And RU is more nationally popular (okay, yes still bouyed by Sydney and Brisbane and nowhere to the extent of cricket and tennis) than the heavily Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth-leaning AFL and heavily Sydney and Brisbane-leaning NRL.

But the RU ratings always show that with 50-60k+ in Melbourne and Perth, sometimes around 100k at the biggest games.

Yeah that isn’t confirming it will happen. Just stating what 10 promised… we say the same line in here all the time.

CBS has axed procedural drama Instinct after two seasons. Season 2 is currently on 10 on Sundays after Australian Survivor.

This show shouldn’t even be on ten on a Sunday In a prime slot. Ridiculous programming any of these US dramas pre 10:30pm on the main channel. They rely heavily on this sort of crap to pad out the schedule.

sometimes it gets into the top 20 on the back of Australian Survivor.
