A pretty good schedule for 10. With the Final of I’m A Celebrity, to the premiere of MasterChef on Monday (with new episodes until Thursday). A strong week there, at this stage.
Although 10 usually bombs in the ratings with any Royal related Ceremonies, i think it’s good that 10 are showing the Coronation of King Charles on the Saturday. It’s something different for them.
It’s possibly just the Friday night with “factual night” and the many repeats that may be the weak night.
Things are heating up in the MasterChef Australia kitchen with the first elimination challenge of the season on Sunday 7 May. Who will survive the chopping board and stick around to meet former contestants Poh Ling Yeow, Emelia Jackson, Matt Sinclair and Sashi Cheliah later in the week?
Then on Tuesday 9 May get ready to giggle through the news when The Cheap Seats returns for a brand-new season. Hosts Melanie Bracewell and Tim McDonald are back to cover major news stories, not-so-major news stories, stories involving cats, entertainment, sport and viral videos.
Need to add some drama to your life? The new drama series North Shore premieres Wednesday 10 May starring Joanne Froggatt, John Bradley and Kirsty Sturgess. When the UK Trade Minister’s daughter is found dead in Sydney Harbour under suspicious circumstances, the team of investigators start piecing together the case only to find out that those close to the victim have secrets to protect.

I’ll be shocked if The Last Last Late Late Show rates even decently tonight considering not only the delay but the fact that the entire episode has been available on YouTube since it aired on Friday afternoon (Australian time):
If 10’s plan is to show the first four Indiana Jones movies before the new Indiana Jones and Dial of Destiny movie comes out in cinemas here, then it is a bit too early, because Dial of Destiny is not released until June 28.
