Ten Network - Programs and Schedules (2015-Apr 2025)

Yeah. Exactly how it is now except your switching Binge and Fox One for 10.

Really interesting news. I grew up with Mum watching Y&R and Days on 9 (plus Another World on 10) but they were always a year or so behind because of the summer of cricket breaks etc.

I wonder if 10 will show CBS’s new soap The Gates

Hopefully I explained the 10 / Foxtel / 9Gem thing better here:

I’ve just discovered that The Drew Barrymore Show only goes for 30 minutes so I wonder what they’ll put at 11:30am. I thought this was perfect news lead in. Will be interesting to see.

Double eps maybe. They have a lot of old eps they can run.

Yes correct. They will be double episodes

Which means not current. That’s a shame.

Unless they do new episode at 11am and repeat at 11:30. That would be nice.

Even still eventually there will be a catch up. Unless they do 1 new and 1 old.
Im not that clued up on it but wikipedia contradicts itself with the actual episode count

They might start showing double episodes from the start of the current season until they catch up then show one new one and one old one until theyve screened them all.

Someone mentioned here previously that the show is produced so that it can air both as 30 mins or a seamless 60mins. Some affiliates in the US air it as 30 and others as 60. This is syndicated program as opposed to a show being produced by a network.

Just came here to say this.

As part of a new CBS plan to reimagine a traditional daytime format, CMV will produce and distribute the show as two half-hour episodes that can run together back-to-back or be split apart to air separately.

Correct so 10 will air it as the seamless 60min version

According to advance guides released this morning, HYBPA will be shown after the Matildas friendly in all states except WA. In WA, HYBPA will air at 8.30pm, following repeat of The Dog House Australia at 7.30pm. Due to the football, MasterChef will not be shown on the Monday but get a special screening on the Thursday.

The detailed schedule will be posted later.

HYBPA? also being used as schedule filler for 7:30 Fridays with RSC moved to Saturdays from this weekend.

Have 10 ever tried movies on Friday nights? Struggling to think what else they could have in that slot that they haven’t tried.

Oh dear. Typical 10. Already going to overexpose Drew Barrymore.

In addition to first run at 11am, the show is replayed the next morning on 10 and also an hour later on 10Peach.

The thing is with these encores and replays, they’re often repeated for free within the window as per contractual obligations so they get free content for those encores that are replayed within the timeframe.

It’s not ideal at all but given 10s inability to purchase more content they get more bang for their buck with these arrangements.
