10 News showed some family footage that will be seen in the interview
Nine News played much more of that interview than I thought they’d be permitted to air. First story ran for about seven minutes.

Perfectly summated
Also noticed this on tonight’s news, was wondering what CBS restrictions (if any) would be for non-rights holders, haha I’m making it sound like the Olympics now!
So did 7.
Having watched the full two hour interview myself, there isn’t anything that 7 (and it sounds like 9) didn’t already air on their news that would be worth watching.

That’s nice by the ABC, they’re fair like that.

No clean feed. Full cbs feed which is a bit of a shame.

No-doubt ITV will get a clean feed.
Yeah, the ABC had been telling readers online to watch the interview on 10 tonight.
Nine Brisbane spent over 10 minutes on the interview including crosses to London. Very surprised how much promotion that gave to another network’s show.

It’s a big story… a lot of interest in it!
ACA also spent at least 10 minutes on it.

Lots of ads tonight. I am pretty sure it was a 2 minute segment just then.

Yeah, it is a direct rerun of the US version, and, if their gameshows and sports are anything to go by, are full of ads and ad breaks. Sometimes they will come back from a break, say “Coming up next” and then into another break.

There were 5-6 ads in each block on CBS, then a quick bumper from Oprah with a “more coming up next” and plugging CBS This Morning etc, then a network promo. Around 3:20 breaks.

Can’t help thinking it was a lost opportunity to not follow this with a project special, with some royal experts. Wasted on hughesy

10 ran CBS This Morning later today to run up to 8am when Studio 10 started. This featured new revelations and video from Oprah.

It’s almost like they could benefit from an actual breakfast show or early morning news bulletin.
