7 Darwin are separate. SCA provides the staff and office on the ground for 10, Nine manages playout, technical and a lot of finances (SCA owes NTD about 2.9mil for the DDT operation so no money being made on SCA side).
Most of the content decisions are being made locally by the GM - who I’ve heard is looking to exit the station soon anyway.
