I don’t believe Nine Radio’s sale to Tapt Media included 2UE, 4BH and Magic 1278, as they are continued to be operated under a long‑term lease by Ace Radio.

But they may now be leasing them from Tapt rather than Nine?

they were included….refer NEC ASX announcement. Leases remain in place

Among the newly acquired assets, the leased AM stations– Magic 1278, 2UE and 4BC – appear the most obvious candidates for any future portfolio reshaping.
When asked if (Craig) Laundy had yet had discussion with Ace’s Mark Taylor to explore the possibility of a sale, Laundy said, “We are not great sellers of assets recently acquired.”
He then added, “We will not be making any strategic decisions like that so early after acquiring the network.”
I noticed a mistake

If another Media Reform happens, I want to see the 2 Station Per Market rule that’s been there since the 1990’s Abolished in Metropolitan Markets.
Tapt would probably (right now) want to sell 4BC over 4BH.
The Federal Goverment via the ABC is breaking their own law for example in Melbourne the ABC runs 3 AM stations (ABC Radio National, ABC Melbourne and ABC News Radio) and 2 FM stations (ABC Classic and Triple J) I noticed

ABC is not breaking any law. The laws on media ownership apply to commercial broadcasters, not national broadcasters (i.e. ABC and SBS). The law also doesn’t extend to HPON stations, so we have a situation in Melbourne where SEN has three stations (RSN, SEN and SEN Track), and Grant Broadcasters have three stations in Geelong (Bay FM, K Rock, 3GL)

Michelle Murphy now listed as covering 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm from Monday.
