Surely you’d want to distinguish them somewhat - calling the small format stores ‘anko by Kmart’ or something.
Otherwise you get into a mess with catalogue items of having to asterisk off 30 different items at a bunch of random stores - rather than a simple “excluding Anko stores” the same as the ‘Excludes Target Country’ line appears in just about every Target T&C line.
