I checked on Google again and to this very day, it seems Brescia Furniture is still open. I wonder if they faked a Closing Down Sale like those Persian Carpet Gallery shops who always had Closing Down Sales but never actually closed down?

It may seem a bit late now given I’m only posting this a month later, but I can safely say the laughs/jokes about Brescia Furniture’s Closing Down Sale are now officially over.

This time, they’ve finally shut their doors after 64 years. Google Maps page for Brescia Furniture now updated to say they’re Permanently Closed. The end of an era for Sydney.
