I know what you’re talking about, but I haven’t been able to get that to work since they got the new websites.

Vote 1 Chris Smith for sovereign citizen anchor.

I think Chris targets more of a regular conspiracy-maga crowd. I find Bult Brentitude goes for the SovShits more.

It’s a tough listen. By the the worst talent on that station

That could be pretty much everyone bar Tim.

The sportsday guys between 6 and 8 aren’t so bad, but then again they don’t really count as 2SM.

Tim has seriously changed his tune, but I guess he who pays the piper?

I liked him on Ten and at the ABC, he has the smooth velvet voice. I hope he hasn’t gone RWNJ/cooker…I don’t have 2SM as a preset anywhere so I never listen.

They’re SEN - they have their own issues. Starting with the owner.

Hes a bit limp now ,tune in and see.

Matt Roberts is on fire, he’s asking all the conspiracy theorists to call in an solve the desi freeman case, if only the police had the brains to do that in the first place.

Bet you most of their ideas are just let him go free. Also, who’s Matt Roberts? Did the other new guy leave?

Yeah, where did Matt Roberts and even Tracey Mac and Mike James come from?

And given Mike James has a @2sm.com.au email address, does this mean his show comes out of Sydney?

Tracey Mac at least has a bio on the 2HD site. She used to work for a streaming station run by the entertainment website Newcastle Live, though she left there about 4 years ago.

Really, they’re just more people we can soon add to the list of people who have held down an weekend shift since Poppy left and then also left themselves, most of which have never been heard from again. (Dean Mackin, Harry Criticos, Max Delmege, Tim Lynn, Barry Hill, Rick Dunlop, David Gubbay, Tony Vidray, John Sertori, and possibly Pete Davis)

John Sertori and Barry Hill seem immune but every presenter starts out ok but soon winds up a Labor bashing conspiracy theorist must be something in the water or a gas leak in the building.

Or in their salary.

If they are being paid the award rate for these shifts at SRN… It’s pretty obvious to me why they move on.

For all the hoo haa you put up with… You could sit on your butt while getting Jobseeker and Rent Assistance while pocketing about $1100 a fortnight. If you are lucky enough to find a rental you can afford (inside this budget) this can work. Plus I’m reasonably sure that’s now tax free (thanks to Jullia Gillard) if it’s your only source of income. So after tax the gap between the award rate (being paid by SRN) and the dole gets even less.

With everything “cost of living” going nutts you can’t really afford to sit on your arse either! But from my own experience “certain employers” need to take a good hard look in the mirror too. No prize offered for who I’m aiming that comment at….

I wonder what the award rate is for .job description.

Unhinged, screeching conspiracy theorist gas bag with serious issues that can only handle 3 talk points a year?

Shirley those skills get you pushed up on some networks, even if you have to look sideways at some points.

Depends on who you are, really. For a Chris Smith, it’s all the money he wants and a free invite to any Christmas Party. If you’re a weekender, it’s probably just enough for a cab home, plus a leftover Chris Smith umbrella and a defrosted can of coke from the Holden HQ Sandman, which is soon to be part of the all new 2SM White Powers fleet.
