I think this was because he was at the Port Adelaide vs Fremantle AFL game the previous day (Sunday).
I think he did a full week last week (August 19-23).

Just after the 7am intro, they previewed the Dad Bod and a really fat cat, with the headline āMassive Pussy.ā They kept that up after the cat footage, and when it returned to Sam and Kochie, who knew why the headline stayed up. Anyone else see this?

Because they were laughing about the headline. It was uploaded online earlier but it has since been removed. Someone probably complained

Yeah, sometimes Sunrise is unbearable but itās nice when the presenters and behind-the-scenes staff freshen it up.
Edit: Iām not surprised it was removed, people are so sensitive these days about jokes.

MAJOR BLOOPER: At 8:18am this morning, as (weekday) Sunrise went into an ad break titles for Weekend Sunrise (instead of just Sunrise) was shown.
