Nine won Sunday by 10 points. Nine was up by one as Seven dropped three. ABC, 10 and SBS all picked up share this week.

Married At First Sight’s second last commitment ceremony of the series topped 1.9 million for the show’s best result in two weeks. Australian Idol was its closest competitor averaging one million viewers for the second time since the launch episode this season. Meanwhile Australian Survivor on 10, also did well with its highest rating since the season launch on 600k.

ABC’s new Sunday lineup included the premier of season two of Darby And Joan with an impressive 689k. Unforgotten Season 6 then debuted with just under 600k.

Later, 60 Minutes was again dominant with 939k, a four-week high, to be well ahead of The Hunters that improved to 426k this week. Matlock on 10 also lifted to 248k.

The Australian Formula One Race averaged just over one million viewers in preliminary numbers that may be adjusted due to the late finish. The Post Race session went as high as 1.1 million with both entries in the top five for the day. Pretty good results for the Formula One for 10.

Why did Nine have a post-match segment listed, when they never have done so for their Sunday NRL Match (outside of the Las Vegas round when that game finished at 5.30pm, when all other Sunday games finish at 6pm…).

10’s F1 telecast was well up on last year due to local interest on whether Melbourne’s Oscar Piastri could reach the podium (he finished 9th after spinning off the track on lap 44).

MAFS had its second last commitment ceremony already? That means the season will be finishing soon.

Telecast did good numbers for 10, bet they’re kicking themselves that the news in every markets aired at 5.22pm. Could have held higher figures.

Not every day you see 10 News First with 231k in Melbourne, that’s usually a national number!!

But how much of that figure is actually overrun from the F1GP? 23 minutes of Ten News’ figure might be people watching the post race festivities.

Last IIRC was Mal Walden’s farewell bulletin at the end of 2013

10 should have put a local edition together with a number like that. Promoting the brand is key.
