Probably not unreasonable to think that Kerri-Anne played a role in setting up the interview given her long career and a quick google search suggests Cliff Richard performed on her old Midday show.

Rachel was kicked off the previous night’s Bachelor Australia episode after being caught covertly giving her phone number to a crew member of the show; a definite rising star in relationship reality TV!
