Shows just how half-arsed this legislation was.
Also - my niece and nephew are still on Snapchat, months after the ban. Same user accounts, same avatar, everything. Under 16 and all.

Yes, but neither they nor I care. That’s their parents job.
Technically, the law is on the platforms not the people who use those services. Again would had been better to target the algorithms themselves or the sale of devices.
