Shaun Micallef’s Mad as Hell

Would be better if Micallef have two seasons and Weekly is one season every year.

That’s a true poker face only a Temptation winner could pull.

Tonight’s final was great. I loved that the actors swapped characters throughout the show at one stage or another. That was something different.

Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell Series 14

From Wednesday 2 February 8.30pm

On the eve of impending regime change, Shaun Micallef’s Mad as Hell returns to take this country by the throat and lead it on a merry dance.

Will tyrants be toppled or returned with an increased minority? Can a sinking ship turn itself around after all the rats have left? Does a dark horse stand a chance where eagles dare?

Can 10 sitting days provide enough material for 12 episodes? What’s the deal with Gerard Rennick?

All these questions and less will be responded to at the appropriate time. We all believe in miracles…

We all believe in…

SHAUN MICALLEF’S MAD AS HELL etc, etc.

Production credit: Produced by ITV Studios Australia and Giant Baby in association with ABC TV. Executive Producers: Peter Beck and Shaun Micallef. ABC Executive Producer: Tarni James.

No studio audience again this season unless ‘they qualify for a religious service’ according to Shaun.

Assuming it’s ABC policy as other shows (WILTY) etc film with them.

Yeah seems so. The only other show that has no audience is DWTS but that was filmed last year. All the current studio shows on the commercials have an audience one way or another.

Hope that wasn’t the new theme song and was a one off. Also one of the cast did a sketch via Zoom ? Are they isolating? They were just on a sketch . The guy whose name I forget. The one who said he sold red tape.

Wasn’t that the joke? A cross to a busines owner complaining about the government reducing red tape. News programmes have been using guests on webcams for years now.

Loved the nod to the old Q&A promos with the background music at the very start of the episode

Yep

There was literally a whole bit about how it was a one off, due to the cost of music rights.

Is it still the same cast?
