Luke Foley has announced that he will not be taking legal action against the ABC and reporter Ashleigh Raper who accused him of sexual harrassment. Foley said:

The Weekend Australian reported yesterday that a male ABC TV reporter accused of inappropriate conduct towards a number of women has left the corporation. I have no idea who he was as I donât subscribe to the paper.
The name of the individual wasnât disclosed according to the DM article.
