What are SCA Seven’s intentions with this page all of a sudden?
It’s actively posting occasional news and local segments. If they want to run an online news presence or whatever they are doing, why not post the noodle updates too?

It’s funny how all the networks in Darwin think they can run an online-only news presence. I consider Nine to be online only as-well as they don’t even promote the local news they show on TV. No one even knows about it.
They are TV stations, not News Corp newspapers. Go all in or don’t at all. Both 9 News Darwin and that page above are ran terribly anyway.

Who knows, but the page gets fuck all engagement as they’ve ignored their audience for too long.
5k isn’t a bad following, but someone’s gotta know what they’re doing to engage with them and I doubt they’ve got someone in charge who is specialised in social media engagement and producing.
You’re right though, if it’s going to become a news related page they should post the noodle updates they’re producing for Darwin as videos tend to get more traction.
Was that SCA that opened that page? I thought it was some weird 10 fan boy situation or something, but I might’ve misunderstood- certainly was strange.

Alex Sykes often tweets about Darwin news and advertises it in her bio.
Wouldn’t be surprised if SCA is looking into the potential options of having a media presence in Darwin for whatever reason.
