A small question: was this look being used by April 1998? I remember watching some promos from late May 1998 and this nice graphic identity was on air.
Yes. The caps I posted above were from a 19/4/1998 recording.
I think this look was in use from January or February 1998 and lasted until about April 1999 when the first “The One To Watch” look was phased in.

The “Tomorrow” Promo Endtag for Today Tonight is a slightly different version to the one previously uploaded by Zampakid, so I’ve included a shot of it unlike the Inspector Morse & Ally McBeal promos which were exactly the same as endtags previously seen in this thread.
