It’s been mentioned in a couple of WA media forums that Rick’s had some health issues in recent years - a lot of the people in those know and/or have worked with him so would likely have that insider knowledge.
If that is indeed the case I wouldn’t be surprised if he steps down at year’s end. Sue I suspect will continue on by herself as I can see her going another few years easily.
