Max mentioned on Brisbane radio this morning that he has one more week before he heads off on Christmas holidays.
Following our earlier discussion, Annette Sharp has been more explicit in her reporting linking the consideration of Ann Sanders’s contract to cost cutting.
Sarah Macdonald goes MIA, shock Sunrise replacement rumoured
What a vile columnist. You can feel the spite emanating from a mile off. Very bitter and nasty.
Saturday November 30, 2024: Hugh Whitfeld reading 5pm
Saturday 30 November -
Rebecca Maddern reading solo in Melbourne tonight, with Theo Doropoulos presenting sport from Ikon Park ahead of the AFLW grand final.
Melina Sarris presenting weather tonight.
Bit off topic, but may I ask what the 56 in the background is for?
Very distracting
This is Bec’s last weekend presenting news.
No individualised voiceover for Jacquelin or Hugh Whitfeld at 5pm.
Sam Jolly has been presenting Perth’s 4pm news for a few years ,and no V/o for her!!!-pretty pathetic in IMO
Cassie has flown to Rome to report on the extradition of Perry Kouroumblis, the main suspect in the 1977 Easey Street murders. He will fly from Rome to Melbourne tomorrow under police escort.
Cassie filed the headline report for tonight’s Melbourne bulletin, saying that Italian authorities had exclusively revealed that Kouroumblis is a suspect in another murder which happened in North Melbourne in 1975.
She’s an outstanding journo, am yet to not see a flawless live-cross too. Clearly well regarded by HSV management and now that Sharnelle Vella has gone as well. Cassie was also reported to be hunted by GTV, wouldn’t be surprised to see her being utilised by ATN one day.
Even got a promo.
A 47 year cold case breakthrough.
In just over 24 hours accused double murderer Perry Kouroumblis will be extradited to Melbourne.

Very nice that Steve got resurrected to a presenting role at BTQ. He’s so much more professional and easier to listen to than Shane Webcke.
