When they win the team is praised for their experience and longevity. When they lose they are tired and aged.
If the rumours of Watson leaving are true, that will naturally freshen things up.
I’d be hesitant to throw the baby out with the bathwater though, particularly with 7 Melbourne showing some signs of improvement lately.

They won last year and the year before that. I don’t think having big changes after 1 year of being beaten is the correct way to go about it. It took 9 2+ years before they made their changes. Also recently 7 have been having a little mini resurgence too.
