Why with the red on red?!? Where is the 7 wardrobe department saying, hey maybe don’t wear red when the screen behind you could go all red during breaking news. 
Was it Max and Katrina that presented in the summer of 2014/5, or was that Max and Angela Cox?
I can recall it was Max and Angela. I was on the Gold Coast for a holiday in January 2015 and remember seeing them.

Love Sarah… but it does beg the question why they didnt go with Katrina. She’s more than capable, and was there in waiting.

I don’t know for sure but maybe she didn’t want it? Let’s face it, Katrina gets the best of both worlds, guaranteed studio shifts plus the ability to go on the road. For Sarah, she gets the stability of staying in one place while she starts a family after years on the road (even with Spotlight).
Also possible Sarah threatened to walk so she could be off the road and 7 hunted for a role to keep her in the stable. Katrina’s promotion to senior was the consolation prize for not getting the gig.
We may never know…
In this day and age of austerity, should be more of the 6pm anchors also doing 4pm.

Side note - but Ange Cox is doing a fantastic job solo in Sydney this week!! Can’t believe she was kept hidden at Sunday Night then Weekends for so long
