With all due respect, you keep saying that you are going to change, yet we keep ending up with threads being de-railed.
Might be a good idea to simply log out for a little while and take a breather. Then, when you come back, next time you write something, before hitting post or reply, take a minute to think about firstly if it is on topic, and secondly, if it will contribute positively to the site.
But that’s my advice - you can take it or leave it.

Looks like local 4pm news for Sydney and Melbourne based on afternoon updates. Amber also did news on TMS.
