The supers looked horrendous without the background but the set looked good in parts of the bulletin.
The music in the opener/closer and out to breaks was a bit OTT though. Sounded like something out of Mission Impossible!
Plus the black background behind the WM.

I find it odd how Seven opened a new studio in Parliament House but it hasn’t been seen on air? Surely last night would of been a great time to use it.

Not to mention a studio that outputs multiple bulletins that is in Canberra and was picked up after buying the previous owners in 2022.
True, but I doubt that would ever be used nationally (outside of the current operations).
I think the PR department used the term “new studio” as in an upgrade to what was already set-up (i.e. some new tech, etc).

In this instance though, ii’s appropriate to be on llocating rather than in studio.

I understand that now… I was under the impression it was an actual set, like what Nine did across the hall.
The end of daylight savings means the Melbourne CBD background during the 6pm bulletin has changed to an early evening one.
