A delay is when it starts later than scheduled. This was scheduled to start at 7:30.
Due to sporting commitments etc.
I know Perth News once commence at 11.00pm due to the Australian Open Final.

I believe around 9.00pm… it was about 10 years ago. I believe Blake Johnson was presenting the local Perth News back then.
