That’s a great example. A good evolution from the previous desk.
Overall, it’s not a perfect set, but I prefer it over the last. A nice evolution.
If I had to rank the 5 city sets, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth.
The standing presentation area adds a nice touch.

So I was scrolling down the Mock Studio Designs thread and saw this and thought it would be fitting to bring it up again after seeing the new horrendous set. Something like @eddel’s mock would have worked so nicely.
Obviously it would require a fair re-do of the studio, but if they are going to relaunch they should do it properly.

The inconsistency in the graphics on the screen is annoying, the black “Edition” doesn’t look right, has to be the white.

I like the use of the angle on the backdrop. The exclusive one looks good.
Do you mean a base it stands on? Pretty sure Brisbane has one with a red stripe around it…
The red base is only for the desk and doesn’t extend to the the presenters behind. Their chairs are quite high, almost like a bench chair.
Does that matter? We don’t see it anyway.
Well I’ve sat behind that desk as an intern and just gave my observations. That’s all.
