Sport is niche. Not everyone loves cricket and for Seven, their schedule will be flooded with it all summer leaving other viewers having to look elsewhere if they don’t like cricket. Such as myself. After Home and Away tomorrow I won’t be back to Seven until it returns I’d say.

I know I keep going on about it…but why do we see “starts 7pm AEDT on 7mate” here in Brisbane. That promo can only be for the Brisbane market, so why not just call it 6pm, which it will be in Brisbane? It’s just too confusing!
I presume the Syd/Melb promos say “starts 7pm AEDT on 7”.
My ‘theory’ is that Seven would rather you watch Seven News on the main channel than BBL on 7Mate from 6-7pm.

TBA was pulled last week from the schedule.
It was also not mentioned at Seven’s upfronts; though that isn’t a guarantee it won’t be back next year as it is a fairly cheap show to produce.

Seven re-running The Secret Daughter (which I actually enjoyed and at least for S1 rated very high) on weekday afternoons the next couple of weeks or so.

Seven have started their holiday Christmas programming early this year.
Sunday night they broadcast ‘The Holiday’ and the midday movies are now a selection of Christmas themed films. Seven have kept this tradition going for decades now.

A one-hour seniors concert special A Country Christmas, branded as a Seven News special, will be shown on Seven in WA at midday today. It was filmed at the Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre on Thursday this week.
