Seven Network 2017

Promo for Yummy Mummies shown tonight. Looks awful. Will probably rate its arse off. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Won’t be watching the Australian Open this year.

Sounds like more riveting stuff in store from Seven next year if this makes it to air.

Seven is casting yet another dating reality show “focused on helping singles find their true love.”

Under a casting notice headed ‘Forever Love’ it asks, “If you are willing to travel to the most romantic parts of the world and are adventurous enough to step out of your comfort zone to find true love, then this is for you!”

Turning off the Australian Open so I don’t hear promos for these shows

Yep, good luck, I’ve tried that but am still addicted to the tennis during summer :persevere:

What I dislike the most is their corny in-program graphics on the tennis court, etc with Bruce as the voice-over

Just saw a promo for a new show called “Yummy Mummies” to premiere next year.

Seriously, is this what Australian FTA TV has become? How embarrassing. If this rates well next year then I have completely lost all faith in humanity.

Once again proving Tim Worner’s point that Australian TV programming has been “a bit off”… his network is the main culprit.

Not defending Seven here but ‘Yummy Mummies’ being commissioned is most likely due to the fact that shows like’ ‘The Real Housewives of Melbourne’ can attract a decent audience

Yuck. Hopefully it flops and kills off any ideas of the possibility of similiar shows in the future. Cheap, trashy, lazy programming at its finest. Well done Seven.

Alot of reality shows. If the only could invest in more real Australian drama… Guess that’s reality these days.

Seven’s mini-series on Olivia Newton-John started filming in Melbourne this week, and ONJ has told News Corp she throws her support behind Delta Goodrem playing her in the series, saying The Voice judge is “a great choice”. The article also says the mini series will cover ONJ’s early life in Melbourne, growing up in the local music scene.
There has been numerous articles (including one in Woman’s Day this week) about ONJ furious about the series and Delta’s portrayal, so this should dispel any rumours of mistrust between the two.

That promotional material is just so tacky. Is there any class at seven? There’s nothing there that I would ever watch.

Knowing 7 it will be a hit and rate really well like MKR .

It’s the sort of show that Seven always does, attracts a lot of attention, does well for a couple of episodes out of interest and then burns out.
