Good grief sbs. Seriously?!

According to their channel manager, it rates well so :man_shrugging:t3:

They need to fire them

I don’t see what the problem is, if it rates well and people are watching then what’s so wrong?

John is ex BBC and Stan, I don’t think he’ll be getting fired anytime soon.

Why?

SBS Viceland can air slow tv for 12 + hours, but cant air a newish event of The Fifth Element Marathon? International News can still be watched on SBS main channel and heard on SBS Radio

Because its the SAME movie being REPEATED SIX TIMES in a row.
The slow tv is fine, fifth element isnt

Just like how most shows are repeated 6 times on FTA throughout the week?

I don’t like the film, and I have no intention in watching it, but I know that it is a gimmick, but if it rated well last year, then why not show it again in this format?
