I wonder if now that The Project’s axed, if entertainment/celebrities will be featured more on this when it returns later this year.
Season 2 will film in Melbourne across eight Monday nights from October 13 to December 1.
Pang Is Back.
Sam Pang Tonight. Returns Monday, 13 October On 10.
Hot off the heels of a Logie nomination and a rip-roaring debut, Sam Pang Tonight is back.
Returning Monday, 13 October, season two will feature new names, more monologues, sillier segments, and maybe even a celebrity or two getting pushed into a Christmas tree.
Sam Pang said: “I can’t wait to be back for season two. With all the other tonight shows getting axed, I plan to Steven Bradbury this thing and be the last one standing.”
Wanna hang with Pang? Here’s a taste of what you’re in for:
Hopefully some tweaks are made to liven the show up a little. It did improve from the first ep but I still think it fell a little flat for what should be a tonight show.
Completely agree. Hopefully they get kitty on as a regular as Sam and her are so good together
Live music like on Sunrise,Rove and Hey Hey it’s Saturday or does it cost too much for financially destitute Network 10?
Unless they have Project-esque guests I doubt it

Rosie O’Donnell To Hang With Pang.
Sam Pang Tonight. Returns Monday, 13 October On 10 At 8.40pm.
Sam Pang Tonight will be off to a flying start on Monday, 13 October, when the one-and-only Rosie O’Donnell joins as a special guest. The US talk show host and comedy icon will chat topics big and small with Sam, starting the new season on a high.
Also headlining the debut episode is comedian Ray O’Leary, who will no doubt bring his deadpan humour and signature grey suit to the studio.
There are a few more surprises tucked up Sam’s sleeve, but the only way to catch it all is to see it for yourself at 8.40pm on Monday, 13 October.

It’s ok if they make changes. They really need to look at making some comedy that isn’t just based on roast style. Their writing pool isn’t very wide from what I understand.
send Sam out of the studio do some remotes. It’s all very desk bound. He needs to bounce off people.
When do they film this?
Monday night, apparently minutes before it actually goes to air.
It’s not like HYBPA where it filmed the day before.
Can they get rid of wheel of segments? Waste of time and it’s not as funny as he thinks it is.
No. It is funny.
