The ACT Brumbies, the only local team that made the 2019 Super Rugby finals series, were eliminated earlier today by the Jaguares (from Argentina) 39-7.
The Jaguares will now play either the Canterbury Crusaders or Wellington Hurricanes in the final.

In the first rugby union match at Perth’s Optus Stadium, the Wallabies stunned the All Blacks 47-26, in front of the biggest ever attendance for any sport at the venue - 61,241. The All Blacks were hampered by Scott Barrett sent off on the stroke of half time over a shoulder charge.
