The only station of theirs that I’ve found to have a website is KHBC/KHWI 92FM in Hawaii. All the Australian one’s seem to only use facebook, and Archive suggests they haven’t had websites in over 10 years.

Maybe anyone going on a road trip in the medispy community can note the playlist. Old school and I thought BOG was old school! I can’t get 693 or 666 am in Sydney. 702 is too close and 666 am seems to be mostly ABC local Canberra.

I’m assuming the playlist would be the same as 4VL? You can usually hear them OK at night.

You can listen to 693 if you have a radio that supports LSB. Though with my last bandscan, it was mostly 3AW on that frequency:

I have this on in the background the youtube video , sometimes listening to the local radio if it exists like @dxnerd

Got 918 am 4BL so far ok reception some tracks hot blooded by Foreigner, you can call me al Paul Simon, Sway by Bic Runga, Can’t stop by Red Hot Chilli Peppers. My girl by the temptations, Substitute by The Who, Don’t lose my number Phil Collins , Harley & Rose by The Black Sorrows. They also took the news at 10pm. Ticks the boxes for golden oldies for me.
Houses are pretty cheap up there, I would prefer a cooler climate though.

Now it’s the opposite. Move 99.5 is fine but 2LT 101. is open carrier. There wasn’t even a big storm this time.

I think 107.9 was blank as well.. so probably something else has gone wrong ?
I must’ve missed this announcement - but on the Sunshine Coast you’ve got Sami now hosting 2-3pm weekdays on MixFM, with the new drive duo, Archie & Bretz, weekdays 3-6pm.
I’m assuming this is a transitional arrangement until Sami leaves the network, and to soften the impact of wrapping up a long-standing local drive show.

I guess they figure they can bring down their APRA/AMCOS fees if they aren’t playing music and its something for the sales reps to sell.
In my view, that just gives people another reason to turn the radio off or sample other stations.

But seems to be the same reason why SEN exists (and to a lesser extent the NRL/AFL calls on MMM)….
Sport content seems to bring in the $$$$ from gambling companies and the like.
