10HD now on 5 in WA. LCNs updated for 5, 50 and 55.
Looks like it might be a direct feed of NEW-10, commercial break and all for now.

Yep just changed here too. Terrestrial before VAST. Channel names don’t have spaces which is odd.
| Ch no | Name |
|---|---|
| 5 | 10HD |
| 50 | 10Bold |
| 54 | 54 WA |
| 55 | 10Peach |
So weird turning to 8 or 80 and not seeing a WIN cover up logo.
And, again as predicted, channel numbers for terrestrial are the same as the rest of the WIN network, with exception to Sky News on WIN’s position:
| Ch no | Name |
|---|---|
| 8 | Channel 9 |
| 80 | 9HD |
| 81 | 9Gem |
| 82 | 9Go! |
| 84 | TVSN |
| 85 | Sky News on WIN |
What a waste of time those custom promos for WA were, hey? Granted they are correct for VAST viewers, but the majority of viewers are terrestrial. WIN needs a better understanding of their network.
I take it they’re just throwing to Sunday’s show. They’re just ID’s after all
Northern NSW getting Sydney ads on Nine as well overnight.
If Sky News on WIN had disappeared July 1 , the average viewer would have switched on their tv on July 1 saw WIN’s watermark gone, seen WIN changed to “Channel 9” and perhaps thought WIN no longer exists in Australia.
My fetch box is not handling it the tv guide and channels are not matching up, have rebooted and rescan no go!
I was thinking more of Bocelli’s “Time To Say Goodbye”. Lol.
WIN Northern NSW have adopted the 10 watermark and branding
| # | Name |

| 5 | 10SD |

| 55 | GOLD |
Here comes the posts from the non Mediapsy population…just searched “9Life” posts on Facebook this already comes up:

I was mocked for predicting this, but look who’s right after all.

You mad bastards.
WIN in Queensland is running different ads to QTQ.
Same in Southern NSW. However, on an ad break around 8:45-8:50am, they aired an ad for CIT (Canberra Institute of Technology, ACT’s equivalent of TAFE), and also an ad for Sydney Water (which covers the Illawarra). This is on the Illawarra service.
These people have the time to post a Tweet (or in the first person’s case also reset their TV) but they stop short of simply flicking through all of the channels to try and find what they’re looking for? ![]()

Doesn’t excuse the fact that the switch has barely been promoted, but still…
Today Extra has “welcomed” WIN viewers today.
