No thanks , we already have enough cults we don’t need another one

Would have satellite dishes that can pick up every TV channel in the world, studios where you can set up your own TV news desks and towers that you can go up and DX with your TEF radio.

And a rollercoaster ride called Channel Ten.

You’re joining me sunshine. You’re younger than me, you can keep running for longer. I’ll supervise.

Yes you do. I am your new god!

Oh I’m far from OK. Work sucks, health sucks, legal issues suck, humanity sucks. But I’m like the Hulk in the first Avengers movie

Can’t argue with that, I agree.

Happy birthday if yours is today, because today (17 September) is the most common one in Australia.

So a lot of pre-Christmas bonking took place? Talk about stuffing Santa’s sack!

Whereas I’m the product of a cold winter’s night! (born in April).

Today I noticed a random charge on my credit card showing as UBERDIRECTAU_PASS SYDNEY. After doing some research, I found out that it relates to an Uber One subscription.

I don’t remember signing up for Uber One in the last few days or weeks, so I found it pretty strange that a subscription charge had suddenly appeared on my credit card.

I’ve since cancelled the subscription through the Uber app, and a refund has been issued.

Has this happened to anyone else, where an Uber One charge has randomly appeared on their credit card without knowingly signing up?

Surely they can’t just randomly charge people for subscriptions they haven’t knowingly subscribed to?

Not quite, but it does remind me of once i had chargers for Uber rides in Sydney and San Francisco. I live in Regional NSW and don’t have a passport… This was also when Uber just launched in Australia, still have no idea how it happened.

American AI engineer Carter Church used OpenAI’s GPT-6 Astra model to crack a 217-year-old encrypted Napoleonic military letter in roughly six hours. The cipher originated from the headquarters of Eugène de Beauharnais, Viceroy of Italy, and was a pre-war troop briefing sent to General Auguste de Marmont under Napoleon’s orders.
