IMO sushi is fantastic only when itās freshly made and hasnāt been sitting out for an extended period of time. Personally prefer the nigiris over the rolls when it comes to sushi.
Anything with chicken, beef, kakiage or seafood on it is fantastic

Not a big sushi guy but St. Pierreās katsu chicken bento bowls are absolutely delicious.

There are so many different types. You should try again. Maybe start with fillings that are closer to your favourite foods.

I usually try new things but if I donāt like it (like Durian for example) I steer clear of it for the foreseeable future.
