Seven News mock ideas. Lower third inspired by CNN
[/quote] Quite possible, as IMO, it looks similar to the current Sunrise graphics. Great as always though @SydneyOnAirTV.
I like the top one. What if the “NOW” was a bit smaller though?
I like Ten’s secondary logo which should be used as the main logo
I think the WIN News logo would be a different looking one to that Nine-based one though!
You would hope so! But you never know with WIN ![]()
Preferably, I’d like to see them do something more like this:
Would be interesting to see SCA using their current SCTV7 package from Tasmania for their 9 affiliated stations.
Here’s my mocked example:
Depends how long it takes WIN to change their news openers. Quite a while I would suspect ![]()
SCA could resurrect their old Adelaide brand?

Wow! When did SCA run 9 Adelaide?
From 1999 to 2007.
Given now they could just swap LCNs, an affiliation swap would just be a rescan. WIN would have to axe local news if they affiliated/merged with Ten anyway,
I have a feeling that if WIN merged with Ten, that Ten would be rebranded as WIN, so there wouldn’t be any coverups or the like.
I agree with that. Ratings probably wouldn’t be enough to justify the expense of running full local news services across regional Australia under a Network Ten affiliation.
I really hope that doesn’t happen (the Ten rebranding to WIN bit)!
Wouldn’t be an issue then, as WIN could look first class. The only reason most people hate WIN is due to the coverups and general dodgyness. If Ten disappeared, it wouldn’t be so much a lost cause, as it is not like anyone is watching Ten anyway.
WIN WA had a mixture of 9 and 10 progamming in the earlier years. Ten should use the TEN-HD logo as the primary logo.
There should only be a ten HD logo. The sd should be provided only for those who can’t get HD. There should be no differentiation between the two in this day and age…
