This is essentially the Seven Network version, assuming should a deal not be reached by 1st July Seven could just make a static slide and send it to WIN to put on their Seven Network channels. Seven probably wouldn’t mind having their platform promoted through a holding slide via WIN, after all ads for 7plus have been seen in these regions, it’s not like WIN is blocking such promos from slipping through the dirty feeds. WIN TV promoted 10play when they advised their Mildura viewers the 10 MDT service was shutting down.
This would be the likely one but I doubt they’d even put anything.

If WIN has no contract or agreement with Seven beyond that date then it’s not up to Seven to provide content/material for a signal that isn’t theirs or that they have no contract for. I think if they can’t come to any agreement then WIN will tell Seven to take a hike and will put their own graphic/slide on the screen. It’s WIN’s licence at the end of the day, not Seven’s.

I don’t think there was even a slide or graphic when Ten Mildura was switched off?
Thus I can’t see one being used in this case either, that’s IF the switch off goes ahead.
Suspect it’ll just be a black screen.

Just having a play around to lighten the 10News Daytime bulletin. Look its rough but thoughts of bringing a bit of white into it like they use in headline transitions
