SEN does it a lot of time between 1116 and 1377 in Melbourne, but years ago 3MP was barred from doing simulcast across both 1377 and 693, and at that point they created Magic 693 as a secondary format.

and same with Bay FM and 3XY in the early 1990s

I actually wonder if that would be a problem today? If say Bay FM simulcast with an AM Melbourne station would ACMA object these days? In these days of networking would they have any grounds to object as long as it didn’t break the 2 station rule?
