any idea of what was the need for that?
I assume someone at Prime was worried that people wouldn’t know which channel they were watching post-aggregation. They went with a watermark in 1993 I think (and WIN eventually followed suit).
Checking my recordings from WIN and Ten Capital from the same time they didn’t do it.
